Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or related admin support role.
• Experience scheduling high-volume interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics across time zones and panels.
• Manage calendars, interview rooms, and virtual setups.
• Provide timely interview updates and reschedule as needed.
