Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align people strategy with business priorities across Operations and other functions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, translating needs into practical HR initiatives that drive performance and engagement.

You will handle employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance, collaborating with sites including Alabang, Muntinlupa, and partner locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with HRBP or HR leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and disciplinary cases.
• Experience with multiple locations or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify workforce requirements, talent gaps, and future capability needs.
• Lead and oversee complex employee relations matters, investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development to shape talent development priorities and career paths.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce strategy, and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies; liaise with government agencies when required.
• Travel between company locations and partner sites as needed.
