Comrise is seeking a proactive Process and Operations Specialist to support operational excellence across Global Corporate Operations. You will document and improve business processes, map workflows, and develop SOPs to standardize operations and raise maturity.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related field.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, playbooks, or other operational documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state business processes through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, playbooks, and work instructions.
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for standardization.
• Support design of future-state processes aligned with goals.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Partner with global and regional teams to gather requirements and validate processes.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer to drive adoption.
