Job summary

Philteq Enterprise Incorporated is seeking a strategic, hands‑on HR and Admin Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions across the group’s entities in the Philippines. The role drives talent acquisition, employee engagement, development, performance management, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven 7+ years experience in HR and administrative management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, labour laws, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Experience in office administration, facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support organisational effectiveness, employee development, and business objectives.
• Oversee office administration, facilities management, procurement, vendor coordination, and workplace safety.
• Provide executive support in organisational initiatives, workforce planning, policy implementation, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and regulatory requirements with audit readiness.
• Monitor manpower, engagement, retention, performance, and operational trends for management review.
