Job summary

Multisys Technologies Corporation seeks an experienced Head of Human Resources Management to lead HR Operations across recruitment, compensation and benefits, HRIS, and employee relations in a fast-paced IT environment.

You will drive performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and corporate policies. Strong leadership and strategic alignment with business goals are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• At least 15 years of HR experience with supervisory or managerial background.
• Strong experience in Compensation and Benefits and overall HR Operations.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government compliance.
• Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HRIS, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and Communications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Preferably with experience in the IT or software industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Operations, including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS, and Employee Relations.
• Drive Performance Management, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Lead internal communications and HR policy implementation to align with business objectives.
