enablesGROUP is seeking an experienced HR Director to steer enterprise-wide human capital initiatives across its 24/7 BPO operations in the Philippines. You will lead HR Operations, TA, L&D, ER/LR, Facilities, and HR Tech, advancing the people strategy and culture across the organization.

The role requires deep knowledge of Philippine labor law, multi-site leadership, and a track record of building high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10+ years in HR leadership, with 5+ years in senior roles in a BPO/IT-BPM within the Philippines.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s in Industrial Relations/Organizational Psychology or JD is a distinct advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the organization’s Human Capital Strategy aligned with expansion and profitability.
• Lead Labor Relations, compliance with Philippine labor law, and DOLE/NLRC proceedings.
• Oversee HRIS, ATS, payroll integration, and analytics to drive workforce insights.
• Manage HR Operations, TA, L&D, ER/LR, Admin, Facilities, and HR Tech in a 24/7 setting.
• Drive compensation design, benefits, and employee experience initiatives.
