Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the Philippine HR function for head office and site teams, ensuring end-to-end employee lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with management, handle manpower planning, compensation, benefits and compliance with the Labor Code, while driving engagement and HR process improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field.
• At least eight years in HR with 3+ years in managerial capacity.
• Experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, ER, training & development, manpower planning.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws & regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR business partner for manpower planning and HR strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, investigations and due process.
