Job summary

Claritas in Makati, Philippines, seeks an HR Director to lead the HR function and shape strategies across recruitment, payroll, benefits, and development. The role oversees policy formation, performance management, and compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, driving organizational growth and a positive workplace culture.

The HRD will guide workforce planning, payroll accuracy, and employee relations, while mentoring the HR & Administration team to meet KPI targets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years HR experience.
• At least 3 years in an HR leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in organizational development, compensation, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
