Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil in Taguig is seeking an HR Head who will lead the Human Resources function and develop people strategies that support the company’s business objectives. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and compliance.

You will partner with leadership to build a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce, coach managers, mentor the HR team, and promote a positive workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong HR Generalist background with experience across all major HR functions.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Experience in the financial services, investment, banking, or FinTech industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
