Qualifications

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Proven ability to integrate talent acquisition with performance management, organizational development, employee relations, and succession planning.
Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with executives.
Deep knowledge of HRIS/ATS, analytics, and modern HR tech.

Responsibilities

Partner with department heads and executive leadership to align people strategies with business goals and operational growth.
Oversee full-lifecycle recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
Design and implement performance management, retention, and leadership development programs.
Evaluate HR tech systems and report key HR metrics to executives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and DEI standards.
