Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum eight years in HR with at least three in a managerial role.
• Experience designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR across head office and site teams nationwide.
• Partner with management on manpower planning and budgeting of headcount.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and regularization processes.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, investigations and due process.
• Develop and implement HR policies, handbook updates and guidelines.
• Oversee payroll coordination, timekeeping, benefits and regulatory compliance.
• Lead performance reviews, training programs and career development.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
• Ensure audit-ready records and risk management across HR functions.
• Provide timely HR reporting to management and lead the HR team.
