Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a BPO, strong English communication, basic IT knowledge, and flexibility for shifting schedules at the Quezon City site.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in BPO or similar industries.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to engage professionally with clients and business owners.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and ability to articulate technical ideas.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules at the Quezon City account.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and business owners across multiple platforms.
• Serve as knowledge source for existing processes and contribute to new strategies.
• Address customer needs in service, technical support, and related functions.
