Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or internet per client requirements.
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems.
• Clarify customer requirements and use tools to provide resolution.
• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Document and file accurate records and notes.
