Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related working experience in BPO or similar industries.
• Demonstrates business communication skills (verbal and written English).
• Excellent customer service skills with a consultative approach.
• Basic technical knowledge and ability to articulate IT concepts.
• Industry-standard certifications are preferred but not required.
• Amenable to shifting schedules and assigned in the account location.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Engage via multiple communication platforms to build relationships with clients or business owners.
• Serve as a knowledge source for existing processes and contribute to new business strategies.
• Address customer needs across customer service, technical support, sales, and other B2B functions.
• Perform research and analysis to provide proper resolutions and ensure quality of services.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to maximize resources and grow opportunities.
• Complete other related functions as needed by business demands.
