Concentrix 1BPO PH is seeking a customer-oriented representative in the Philippines to handle inbound calls and assist customers with empathy and accuracy. You will be trained in product knowledge and procedures to deliver consistent service.

The role requires strong English communication, computer literacy, and a commitment to long-term employment. Training will cover communications, culture, and product-specific courses.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or above.
• Computer & internet literate.
• Must be fluent in English; you'll be conversing with foreign customers.
• Committed to full-time long-term employment.
• BPO experience handling international voice account is a definite plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed procedures.
• Listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
