Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market potential of the branch and formulating strategies for targets.
• Maintains a proactive stance about industry competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and maximize opportunities.
• Manages the branch’s profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures for a healthy bottom line.
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units through collaboration to enable cross-sells.
• Monitors and reviews actual performance versus targets using MIS and drives actions with the team to close gaps.
• Develops the entire branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, strategizing, and monitoring to produce a high-performing sales team.
• Endorses customers for credit accommodations while adhering to bank guidelines to mitigate risk and realize income.
