Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market potential and formulating strategies to attain targets.
• Maintain proactive stance on industry competition and market conditions to address threats and leverage opportunities.
• Manage branch profitability by growing business, optimizing income, and controlling expenditures.
• Establish strong collaboration with partner units to enable cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor performance against targets using MIS reports and coordinate actions with the team to close gaps.
• Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, and monitoring to build a high-performing team.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations within bank guidelines to balance risk and income.
