Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in banking.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with active client portfolio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market/business potential and in formulating strategies to attain targets.
• Maintain a proactive stance about competition, market conditions, and external factors to maximize strengths and opportunities.
• Manage branch profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures.
• Establish strong synergy with partner units to drive cross-sells and collaborative initiatives.
• Monitor performance versus targets and plan actions with team members to close gaps.
• Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, strategizing, and monitoring.
