Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market/business potential of the assigned branch and in formulating strategies to attain targets.
• Maintain proactive stance on competition, market conditions and external factors to address threats and capitalize on opportunities.
• Manage the branch's profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and controlling expenditures for a healthy bottom line.
• Establish strong synergy with partner units through collaboration to achieve cross-sells.
• Monitor performance vs targets using MIS, plan actions with team to close gaps.
• Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, and monitoring to build a high-performing team.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations, waivers, and approvals following bank guidelines.
