Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in banking.
• Strong selling and negotiation abilities; active client portfolio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market/business potential of the assigned branch and support strategy formulation and execution to hit targets.
• Maintain proactive stance amid competition and market conditions to maximize opportunities and mitigate threats.
• Manage the branch profitability by growing business, optimizing income, and controlling costs for a healthy bottom line.
• Establish strong collaboration with partner units to enable successful cross-sells.
• Monitor performance vs targets using MIS reports and take action with the team to close gaps.
• Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, and strategic oversight to build high-performing sales talent.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations and necessary approvals per bank guidelines to optimize income.
