Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong credit evaluation and financial statement analysis background.
Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills are essential.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication; active listening is important.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and calls.
Monitor client accounts and address issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients.
Understand client needs and offer banking solutions across loans, deposits, trade, and treasury products.
Evaluate client creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals with financial analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals and ensure timely processing.
Manage portfolio with performance tracking and risk identification.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
