Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong credit evaluation and financial statement analysis background.
• Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication; active listening is important.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
