Metrobank Angeles Main Branch seeks a Relationship Manager to drive loan and deposit growth by managing end-to-end client relationships—from business development and credit evaluation to deal structuring and portfolio management.

You will deliver tailored financial solutions across loans, deposits, trade and treasury products while ensuring strong credit quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance, building long-term partnerships for sustainable revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably in banking.
• Strong background in credit evaluation and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and check-ins.
• Monitor client accounts and address potential issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including prospecting and engaging potential clients.
• Understand client needs and offer banking solutions across loans, deposits, trade, and treasury products.
• Evaluate client creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals with financial analysis and structuring.
• Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals and timely processing of transactions.
• Manage and monitor assigned portfolio, including performance tracking and early risk identification.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements with proper documentation.
