Job summary

Metrobank in Lucena is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive growth of the loan and deposit portfolio by end-to-end client management, including business development and credit evaluation. You will structure deals and provide tailored financial solutions while maintaining credit quality and regulatory compliance.

You will build long-term client partnerships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver banking services across loans, deposits, and treasury

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management in banking/finance.
• Strong background in credit evaluation and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and contacts.
• Monitor client accounts and proactively address issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and engage potential clients.
• Understand client needs and offer appropriate banking solutions (loans, deposits, treasury, trade).
• Evaluate client creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals with financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain approvals and ensure timely processing.
• Manage portfolio performance and monitor for early risk signals.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements and maintain documentation.
