Job summary

Metrobank seeks a Relationship Manager to drive growth by managing end-to-end client relationships, from business development to credit evaluation and deal structuring. You will deliver tailored banking solutions while ensuring credit quality, risk management, and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
3–5 years of account management experience, preferably in banking/finance.
Strong credit evaluation and financial statement analysis background.
Strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships via meetings and calls.
Monitor client accounts and address issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospects.
Assess client needs and offer banking solutions across loans, deposits, trade, and treasury.
Evaluate creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals with financial analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals and processing.
Manage portfolio performance with early risk identification.
Ensure compliance with policies and complete documentation.
