Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of account management experience, preferably in banking/finance.
• Strong credit evaluation and financial statement analysis background.
• Strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong client relationships via meetings and calls.
• Monitor client accounts and address issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospects.
• Assess client needs and offer banking solutions across loans, deposits, trade, and treasury.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals with financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals and processing.
• Manage portfolio performance with early risk identification.
• Ensure compliance with policies and complete documentation.
