Job summary

RCBC is seeking a results-driven sales-oriented professional to support the Business Center’s growth objectives in Metro Manila. The role involves acquiring new accounts, cross-selling YGC products, and assisting the Branch Manager to meet sales targets.

You will prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and maintain accurate action-plan records. The position requires adapting to a banking environment and delivering strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Strong ability to adapt in a sales and banking environment.
• Knowledge of credit evaluation and banking policies.
• Experience in strategic planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports and ensure correct recording of action plans and other essential information.
• Develop effective sales activities to help market retail banking products.
