Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a dynamic sales-oriented professional to support the Business Center's growth by acquiring accounts and cross-selling YGC products. Willing to be assigned in Commonwealth, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales goals.

You will prepare monthly and daily sales call plans, record action plans, and develop effective retail banking activities to promote RCBC's products and services while maintaining compliance with banking policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a sales and banking environment.
• Knowledge of risk management controls is preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with credit evaluation and banking policies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports and ensure correct recording of action plans and other essential information.
