Job summary

RCBC Cebu is seeking a results-oriented banking professional to support the Business Center’s sales goals through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. Willing to be assigned at the Talisay Cebu branch, you will collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive volume and market expansion.

The role requires preparing sales call plans, developing retail banking activities, and ensuring accurate recording of actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in sales and banking environment.
• Strong strategic planning and management skills.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis and banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports and ensure correct recording of action plans and other essential information.
• Develop effective sales activities to help market retail banking products.
