Responsibilities

• Lead coaching forPre Take Off (PTO) and CRS to DSPs and Operations Managers.
• Deliver customer service through relationship management and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Drive volume achievement and protect revenue by ensuring outlet execution aligns with plans.
• Coordinate outlet penetration, onboarding of new outlets, and placement of key SKUs including new launches.
• Propose process improvements to support functions based on daily field experience.
