Job summary

Coca- Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Developer to drive volume growth and expand market share through effective negotiation, account management and customer development in the trade. This role requires strong selling skills, collaboration and strategic thinking to support local market growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in field sales, preferably with General Trade experience, and a Bachelor’s in Business.

Qualifications

• At least 2-year experience in field sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business-related discipline preferred.
• Experience in General Trade Sales Wholesaler Development is an advantage.
• Experience in client-facing negotiations.
• Strong skills in customer management, trade math and financial acumen.
• Working knowledge of data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
• Sense of urgency and initiative; process-oriented and tech-savvy.
