Coca- Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking skilled Account Developers to join our Sales Team in Leyte/Ormoc. The role focuses on pre take off coaching, customer management, volume growth, outlet penetration, and cross-functional communication to ensure execution of our standards.

Candidates should graduate in business, have excellent communication, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and hold a valid driver's license for four wheels.

Responsibilities

• Coaches DSPs and Operations Managers on foundational selling skills and outlet execution aligned with standards.
• Facilitates pre take off meetings with DSPs, prepares CRS training objectives for the week.
• Ensures readiness of tools and materials needed for the route.
• Reviews DSPs' performance and highlights opportunities on execution and volume.
• Delivers customer service through relationship management and ensures issues are settled promptly.
• Provides feedback to partner and supervisor on delivery issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Drives price compliance.
• Achieves volume objectives and revenue targets by delivering high quality service to outlets.
• Sells in products using established stories and negotiates for incremental business.
• Checks that marketing programs and trade deals are executed per plan.
• Coordinates new outlets opened and placement of key SKUs including new product launches.
• Evolves high potential outlets to gold stores.
• Follows processes established by support functions and suggests improvements.
