Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking Account Developers to join the Sales Team in Iloilo City. You will coach DSPs/Operations Managers on selling skills and execute outlet plans, while ensuring readiness of route tools and materials.

You will drive customer service, price compliance, and volume growth by securing new outlets and optimizing existing SKUs, with a focus on market share expansion and effective communication with support functions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-Related Courses.
• Very Good Communication.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Must possess driver's license for 4-wheels.

Responsibilities

• Coaches DSPs and Operations Managers on selling skills and outlet execution.
• Facilitates pre take off meetings with DSPs, prepares CRS training objectives.
• Ensures readiness of tools and materials needed for the route.
• Reviews DSP performance and highlights opportunities in execution and volume.
• Delivers customer service through relationship management and resolves concerns quickly.
• Drives price compliance and helps achieve volume objectives.
