Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to lead store operations in Baguio, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to banking regulations. The role involves supervising staff, managing transactions, deposits, loans, and reconciliation to support profitability.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in business or accounting and at least five years of supervisory experience in branch operations, preferably from another bank.

Qualifications

• Requires college graduate in business or accounting field.
• At least five years supervisory experience in handling branch operations.
• Preferred background of assistant managers from another bank with similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements including opening new accounts, monitoring and reporting transactions, maintaining KYC records, updating customer information, issuing manager's checks, and managing remittances.
• Oversee and approve various over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority, manage time deposits, ensure compliance with policies, handle checkbook orders, unclaimed checkbooks, bills, loans, reconciliations, and support banking groups.
