Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements and oversee account opening, monitoring, and reporting.
• Oversee over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority and manage deposits, loans, and remittances.
• Monitor complaints, log and resolve issues with the complaint tracking system.
• Record daily store transactions, manage temporary accounts, and reconcile ledgers.
• Assist in achieving store profitability targets.
