Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably any Business or Accounting-related course.
• With at least five (5) years supervisory experience in handling in branch operations.
• Experience as an Assistant Manager from another bank is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements, including opening new accounts, monitoring, and reporting transactions, and maintaining KYC records.
• Oversee and approve a variety of over-the-counter transactions, ensure compliance with policies, and support multiple banking groups.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; maintain the complaint tracking register with complete information.
• Record daily store transactions, manage temporary accounts, and reconcile general ledger balances.
• Assist in achieving the store’s profitability targets.
