Job summary

EastWest Banking Corporation is seeking a Service Manager for Metro Manila South to lead store operations and ensure excellent customer service on site. The role requires overseeing regulatory compliance, KYC, remittances, and transactions while pursuing the store's profit targets.

The candidate should have a college degree in Business or Accounting and at least five years of supervisory experience in branch operations, ideally from another bank.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business or Accounting.
• At least five years of supervisory experience in branch operations.
• Experience handling regulatory/AML requirements and banking procedures.
• Preferably assistant-manager level experience from another bank.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements.
• Oversee and approve a variety of transactions beyond teller authority.
• Ensure accurate daily recording of store transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist in achieving the store's profitability target.
• Collaborate with corporate banking, wealth management, treasury, and consumer groups.
