Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to oversee store operations across Metro Manila, ensuring excellent customer service and strict compliance with internal controls, BSP, and AMLC.

You will verify onboarding, perform due diligence, approve transactions within authority limits, manage deposits and settlements, and support cross-functional teams in Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, and Consumer transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch operations and supervising teams.
• Ability to engage customers with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure onboarding and AMLC requirements are met; approve new account openings.
• Verify completeness of customer information in CIS and T24; conduct client interviews.
• Perform risk profiling and Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk clients; validate identity and source of funds.
• Conduct negative watchlist checks and document NFIS results.
• Approve OTC transactions above teller limits and manage time deposits and settlements.
• Handle documentary completeness, bank certifications, and other sundry transactions.
• Dispose materials and handle returns, stop payment orders and related items.
• Act as Stores Compliance Assistance Officer; log, report, and resolve customer complaints.
• Support Corporate Banking, Wealth Management/Treasury, and Consumer transactions in stores with multiple managers.
