Job summary

MCI is seeking a Client Success Manager to strengthen client relationships, drive revenue, and support growth across staffing services. The role focuses on account management, onboarding, and strategic development to expand our presence with existing customers and new prospects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in account management or sales, experience with staffing agencies, and strong communication skills to engage clients via phone and email.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Account Executive, or Sales Executive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts for long-term success.
• Lead onboarding of new accounts ensuring smooth activation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through data mining, networking, and outreach.
• Qualify leads and coordinate handoff to sales for conversion.
• Communicate capabilities and value proposition via phone and email.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline from initial contact to closed status.
• Provide leadership/guidance on client engagement strategies in the region.
• Mentor direct reports and manage performance.
• Provide insights on opportunities, especially in infrastructure-related services.
