RecruitNest Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Client Success Manager to support client relationships and service delivery for US-based clients. You will manage the client journey from onboarding to ongoing account management, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams.

The role requires 4+ years of client-facing experience in offshore staffing, excellent English communication, and the ability to lead client meetings, set metrics, and drive staffing improvements across

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
Minimum 4 years in account management/client success roles.
Experience with offshore staffing for US-based clients is required.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
