Job summary

L'EVATE Inc. is seeking its first dedicated Client Success Manager to own post-placement client relationships with North American clients.

You will proactively strengthen partnerships, identify issues, and coordinate solutions with leadership and operations teams to scale our client success function. You will drive client onboarding, monitor placement health, gather feedback, and expand accounts while maintaining strong communication and ownership across Recruiting, Operations, and Leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related role.
• Experience in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or other relationship-focused client-facing work.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfort communicating with North American business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own post-placement client relationships as primary contact.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and monitor engagement.
• Conduct proactive check-ins to maintain satisfaction and address concerns early.
• Understand each client's business, priorities, and evolving needs.
• Coordinate performance issues, improvement plans, and actions with leadership.
