Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking a Client Account Manager to own day-to-day relationships with client brands. You will coordinate across strategy, performance marketing, retention, and operations to keep initiatives on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in client account management or similar role.
• Strong experience managing client relationships and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects, deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client check-ins and be primary day-to-day contact for accounts.
• Track deliverables, update project plans, and move initiatives forward.
• Translate leadership recommendations into actionable client steps.
