Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Client Experience Account Manager to oversee selected client operations and ensure top-notch service delivery. You will act as the primary liaison among internal teams and clients, guiding setup of client Philippines operations and driving growth opportunities.

You will lead strategy, engagement, and performance initiatives across departments, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and scalable processes in a hybrid onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; master's/ certifications a plus.
• Experience in account management or client services with a track record of success.
• Strong understanding of BPO services and client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build client trust.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data reporting experience.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for assigned clients and ensure quality service delivery.
