Job summary

Rising Tide Digital Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Philippines to grow our staff augmentation services. You will identify new enterprise opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth across mid-market accounts.

The role collaborates with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client needs are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has proven BD or sales experience in IT staffing or managed services, excellent negotiation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of staffing models and client engagement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convert opportunities into sales and drive revenue.
• Able to work independently and with internal teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for staff augmentation.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new client opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
• Understand client resource needs and propose staff augmentation solutions.
• Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with recruitment and internal delivery teams to meet client requirements on time and within budget.
• Monitor industry trends, market demand, and competitor offerings related to staff augmentation.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.
