IT Managers Inc. in Cebu seeks a results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our client portfolio in IT staffing and staff augmentation.

You will identify growth opportunities, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and build strategic relationships with new and existing clients. You will work with marketing and operations to craft compelling proposals, maintain accurate lead records, and transition new clients to the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, client acquisition, B2B sales, corporate sales, account management, staff augmentation, or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to craft outreach messages and build rapport.
• Able to work as an individual contributor and with the Marketing Team.
• Amenable to on-site work in the first few months with flexibility.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end sales and marketing process from prospecting or generating leads through research, to scheduling, pitching, negotiating, accreditation, contract processing, all the way to closing.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of lead interactions and progress in the system.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase company sales and profit through acquisition of new clients.
• Cultivate and maintain good business relationships with key client Points of Contact (POCs). Do regular client touch base and actively look for new business opportunities.
• Ensure smooth transition of newly acquired clients to Marketing Officers.
• Work with the Marketing and Operations team to manage and strategically deal with clients regarding concerns/problems and other related tasks to keep harmonious business relationship.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team in coming up with innovative proposals on how to improve services offered and business processes to be at par with the fast-paced IT industry.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time by immediate supervisor and Management.
