You will drive lead generation, acquire new clients, and develop relationships across MSP/VMS ecosystems, tailoring staffing solutions to meet client needs while negotiating favorable terms and expanding revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in US IT staffing business development.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and C2C/W2/contract staffing.
• Knowledge of MSP/VMS and US staffing processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and overlap with US business hours while working remotely from the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new US clients and build relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and IT decision-makers.
• Generate IT staffing requirements through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
• Develop direct-client, staffing vendor, MSP, and VMS relationships.
• Pitch IT staffing services, negotiate rates, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and collaborate with recruiters to fulfill client requirements.
