Cyberobotix LLC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our US IT staffing services with a remote-first setup from the Philippines. You will target US clients, engage hiring managers, and drive revenue by shaping staffing solutions across direct-client, MSP, and VMS channels.

The role requires strong English communication, proven sales experience in IT staffing, and the ability to overlap US business hours while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in US IT staffing business development or staffing sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on experience in client acquisition, lead generation and C2C/W2/contract staffing.
• Knowledge of MSP/VMS and US staffing processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and overlap with US business hours while working remotely from the Philippines.
