You will develop and execute sales strategies, pursue new client opportunities, and build lasting partnerships with enterprise and mid-market accounts. Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Knowledge of staff augmentation, IT staffing, or managed services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies focused on staff augmentation services.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new client opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Understand client resource requirements and propose appropriate staff augmentation solutions.
• Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with recruitment and internal delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor industry trends, market demand, and competitor offerings related to staff augmentation.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.
