Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Manila/Taguig is seeking an organized IT Account Manager to drive successful delivery of multiple IT projects from initiation through post-deployment support.

You will act as the main liaison between clients, internal technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure requirements, timelines, and deliverables are well-managed. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/PM or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO, account management, or related role.
• Experience supporting software development, IT infrastructure, system implementation, or technology projects.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate IT projects throughout the lifecycle from initiation to post-deployment support.
• Gather, clarify, analyze, and document client requirements, scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, and delivery trackers.
• Monitor progress, milestones, resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and delivery status.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, status reviews, and client presentations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and logs.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and change requests to stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations through regular communication and proactive issue management.
• Support UAT, implementation, deployment, and post-deployment activities as required.
