Concentrix is seeking a results-driven sales professional with 4+ years in customer service or sales to drive renewals and services for a dedicated client territory. You will lead high-volume outbound calls and emails, maintain Salesforce CRM data, and forecast quarterly results while collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sell renewals/services to assigned client territory and pursue up-sell opportunities.

• Manage high volume of outbound communications via phone and email.
