Concentrix is seeking a dynamic outbound sales specialist focused on prospecting and lead qualification. You will manage high-volume calls and emails daily, follow a structured contact schedule, and qualify leads using BANT criteria to support market development goals.

You'll collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify optimal solutions, maintain accurate CRM data, and deliver a professional customer experience, whether speaking with prospects or existing customers, while continuously

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales capacity.
• Proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Experience learning new technology and data.
• Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce.
