Hellmann Worldwide Logistics-Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to oversee the creation, maintenance, validation, and governance of master data across business systems.

The role ensures data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and integrity to support operations and decision-making. The specialist will coordinate with multiple teams including operations, finance, procurement, and IT to manage data requests, perform quality audits, and drive process improvements

The Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist is responsible for the creation, maintenance, validation, and governance of master data across business systems. The role ensures data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and integrity to support operational efficiency and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management

• Create, update, and maintain master data records in ERP and business systems.
• Process requests for customer, vendor, material, product, pricing, and organizational data.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data entered into systems.
• Review and verify requests against established data governance standards.

Data Quality & Compliance

• Perform regular data quality audits and corrections.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and data governance procedures.
• Maintain documentation of master data processes and changes.

Stakeholder Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for master data-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with business users, operations teams, finance, procurement, and IT regarding data requirements.
• Provide support and guidance on data standards and procedures.

Process Improvement

• Recommend enhancements to master data processes and controls.
• Participate in projects involving ERP implementation, business process improvement, and system upgrades.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
